I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DH Pace (Olathe, KS) in Oct 2025
Interview
I gave the recruiting team my resume at a career fair and had a staff member follow up with a brief phone call. We followed up with a formal interview via video call.
I filled out an application and took a couple of computerized personality tests to measure my compatibility with the company. I was interviewed by the manager of the department that I was interviewing with as well as a couple of staff members.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DH Pace (Tempe, AZ) in Mar 2023
Interview
Despite previously working for the company for nearly 3 years, I never even received a call back or email after interviewing with them again. After spending over a year away from DH Pace, I was interested in returning because I preferred the type of projects I had when I was there as well as the people I had worked with. I initially reached out to their regional recruiter who was prompt with giving me a call and setting up an initial interview. After the initial interview (with someone I had previously worked for), I had to be the one to follow up after not hearing back after a couple of weeks. I eventually had an in-person interview with someone else for a Project Manager position. The interview went well and I was told it could be a couple of weeks before hearing anything. I never got a call back. I could see that happening for some random company but not one that I had worked at previously for nearly 3 years. When I previously left the company, it was on good terms after years of good performance reviews. DH Pace always has had a poor culture when it comes to caring for its people and, unfortunately, this was another sign of that.
