I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DHG (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Very casual and friendly. No stress interview. Went out to lunch with a few team members after. Had a few phone calls before the actual 1:1 interview. Had to do create a portal account and sign up for a background check.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DHG (Tysons Corner, VA) in Sept 2019
Interview
I applied through my university. I had an on-campus interview with a partner from the office closest to me and then I was invited to the Tysons office for an office visit. During my office visit, I had dinner with audit partners and other associates and then the next day I had 3 back-to-back interviews with other managers and partners.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DHG (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2017
Interview
It is all about staying involved with the firm during the recruiting process. See them every time they are on campus for events. This will set you up to make connections and get your name out there for application time. You'll want as many people as possible to know your name come time to select candidates for recruiting.
The process goes: recruiting events -> applications due -> invited for interviews -> interview on campus -> get invited to office interviews -> offer or not
