The interview process was one of the simpler processes (thankfully). I spoke with an internal recruiter first over the phone, then I met with 2 partners to discuss everything from firm culture to expectations to client profiles in my industry.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked the classic question about how I overcame a challenge in my career. It shouldn't surprise anyone, but just be ready for it. Also be knowledgeable regarding DHG's primary industries and be ready to explain your experience with one or more of them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at DHG (New York, NY) in Aug 2019
Interview
It was well organize, starting with a Human Resources interview and then I had three technical interviews regarding the company offerings and type of work that I will be performing. Overall, the interviews were well structured.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at DHG in Nov 2018
Interview
Talent Acquisition cold called several times asking me to join. I went for an interview on site (pre-COVID19) and met with three employees. The employees listed on my invite did not show up so I met with three others. One told me I would struggle at DHG, one told me I was not qualified and one just talked about his role. The HR rep who cold called me came in a told me not to worry. I didn't think I would get an offer but I did.

Question 1
There was really no interview. Just telling me I was not the right fit and that they needed project managers.
