Open House for the first interview, Activity Day for the second. I shadowed a current advisor, and a one on one interview, took a simulations test, and participated in group activities.

After I sent my CV, I had one small phone call followed by a face to face interview (visio interview at the time) with the hiring manager which was for about 30 minutes

A warm and nice interview with interactive discussions. Felt that I was welcome and that the interviewers were interested in me. The interview included also a thorough and understandable description of the work tasks.

Systematic online interview with Sonru App where I get asked 12 questions with 2 minutes answering time for each question. Trainings are also provided by answering random quesions reated to the role. There is no real person involved so this interview comes in handy for introverted peers
