I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (Columbus, OH) in June 2012
Interview
I found out about the opportunity through a university faculty member and after doing some background research, I became interested in the Exel.
I contacted and sent my resume to one of their college recruiters and she set up a phone interview a few days later. The phone interview consisted of a few behavioral based questions and some basics like, "why would you be the right hire for this position?". The phone interview lasted about 35-40 minutes and at the end of the conversation I was asked to meet with an HR manager for an on-site interview.
I met with another HR manager two days later at their TRU facility in Groveport (Columbus), OH. The on-site consisted of some in-depth details of the position, a tour of the facility, and then a few questions from him like what a I looking for in a future position and what other companies was I interviewing with. It was very conversational and genuine which is rare during the college recruiting process for most companies.
The next morning I received a job offer over the phone and was sent an offer sheet the following day.
It was very nice to have such a streamlined decision making process. So many times during the interview process you are left waiting (sometimes in vain) for weeks before getting a reply back with a decision.
Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.

They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
