Chatted with recruiters at a job fair to get initial first round interview. Questions were very simple, it seemed like the mostly just wanted to get to know me to see if I would mesh well with their company culture. Was then invited down to their Columbus headquarters for a second round interview. I interviewed with 4 different people for half and hour each. Each person asked a few behavioral, problem action result oriented questions but overall not too intense.

2 short behavioral phone interviews followed by an interview day. Felt very focused on culture fit and whether you are familiar with typical IT processes.
