The timing of responding to an applicant and setting up an interview was really quick (awesome). The interview process was very simple and the timing and process of your background was quick and interesting. The training staff were great and process to get through orientation and starting the job was swift and educational.

Very relaxed, just have a good attitude and you'll get the job. You'll talk to other a manager or HR rep. They will go over the position and ensure you ok are with standing for a long time.

Interview
You’re going to walk in, go through metal detector. Sit in this room for a couple hours to wait for your interview because it’s so many people there. In the interview they’re going to go over a series of easy questions. Ask what shift you’re most interested in. Then you will be sent to another room for your drug test and to fill out information for your background check. 3 days later you’re working.

Interview
There was no interview, merely a tour around the warehouse and a quick look at the jobs that you would be performing. The "interviewer" was very young and seemed like he was not prepared whatsoever.
