I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (Sydney) in Oct 2014
Interview
Email application with your cover letter and resume, then phone interview then assessment centre. The whole process took almost 4 months. I basically submitted my cover letter and resume 3 months prior to receiving a call for a scheduled phone interview. At the assessment centre, we were told that we would be kept updated regardless if we were offered a position or not, but I have not received any more information after the AC nor have they returned my calls or emails when I asked for updates. No generic rejection email was sent either, just complete silence so I assumed I didn't get the role.

There are 4 stages to the graduate trainee. First, HR will call via phone to confirm your interview date. Second, you will have a virtual interview with the graduate programme leader via ms teams. They will ask questions like why you chose DHL, describe a time when you took on a challenge a task at work, how your skills can contribute to DHL, if you need a file from a stakeholder, and they did not reply your email, what will you do? etc. Thirdly, is the group case study interview with 30+ people. They give the case study beforehand via email. Into the breakout room of 6 people. Discuss on the case study and try to stand out. Back to the main room and only 5 representatives speak out on the points. 10 mins break. They emailed the second case study. Discuss in the breakout room. Back to the main room and discuss case study. Then each panel ask questions. Raise your hand to fight for chance to speak. Fourthly, interview with big department boss f2f.
