I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (Lockport, NY) in Oct 2011
Interview
The interview process wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I got a call and set up the interview. A couple days after the interview they had me in to take a basic aptitude test (mostly involving numbers/basic math) and a personality test. They told me whether i passed that day, then offered me a job contingent on passing a tox screen. the whole process took several days.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (Carlisle, PA) in Sept 2024
Interview
It was a interesting one we’re they taught us some stuff that I didn’t know….. for example one of them was that. Even though it’s the most significant thing never bring it into a warehouse on your pocket.
Fairly easy. Over the phone during COVID-19 but in person now for new hires. It was more of a conversation rather than a structured interview like other jobs. Basic questions were asked rather than behavioural questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: What does safety mean to you? How would you describe safety?
Q: What do you do in your current role/what did you do in your previous role?
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (DeSoto, TX) in Feb 2024
Interview
it was very short because of the person being straight forward and telling me that I couldn’t get hired because i laughed and the supervisor assumed i laughed in his face and said it was disrespectful.
