2 phone interviews with US recruiters, 2 face to face interviews with local management team. the 1:1 interviews were held in coffee shops because the company facilities were still under construction. It took a lot of follow-up on my part to get a status on my application. I was asked to write a document in French and English to validate my written communication skills however I believe it was more a delay tactic than for evaluation purposes.

They made me wait and were late for interview. During the interview process the hr director look like she could not be bother and at start of interview told me she had another appt and could only stay a couple of minutes. No one gave business cards and stated call if you have any questions . During interview process they could not provide strat answers about work environment why incumbent left or straight answers about employee pay
