The first stage of the interview process includes 2 tests. One being a critical thinking assessment and the other being a listening skills assessment. I'd say the listening skills assessment's script is a bit fast-paced but it is manageable as these tests are not to catch us out, it's to see what level we are at. The next stage is the face-to-face interview and be prepared to answer questions like "how would you deal with an anxious caller?" type questions. My interview was very calm and my interviewer was very reassuring with me as I was quite nervous. The overall experience was very nice and the staff were supportive.
