I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Just sat me down and asked me if I knew anything about golf clubs. They also asked if I like to play the game pretty basic knowledge. Also asked if I had sales experience. Then they had me take a personality test to see if I was going to steal anything from them. Just had to answer the questions consistently they didn't even wait for the results to offer me a job.

Interview
Short and Easy. Asked about availability, golf experience such as handicap, clubs, and how much I play. It was a part-time job so I didn't stress too much. It's true that I love and play golf so answers were coming from the heart and interview was more enjoyable than other places.
