I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Columbus, GA) in June 2010
Interview
The hiring and interviewing process if pretty simple. This was one of a few jobs I had in college. I had previously been employed in retail. They basically sit you down and see if your interest somewhat compare or relate to that of the items being sold. They just want to make sure you are not totally incompetent and can handle talking to people for 6-8 hours.
