First meeting was an introductory interview, just basic questions asking about teamwork and past job experiences that would help with the job I was applying for, followed by a formal interview outlining the roles and functions of the position as well as the pay and benefits.

After getting a message to come to the store for an interview, went in and had a conversation with a manager, a couple situational questions, nice and smooth interview process and interviewers all around.
Compared to other interviews, I think it was pretty easy. I've had some pretty tough interviews in my day though so that could be why I think that. I would recommend.
