I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods
Interview
Everything went very quick. Submitted my resume online and heard back within days. Had two interviews one with basically an assistant manager, and then one with the store manager. Both were very straight forward interviews with logical questions involving my knowledge of the outdoors. Also involved questions regarding what brands and equipment I use.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Savannah, GA) in Aug 2018
Interview
It was a two step interview with two very likable guys. They were very welcoming, casual, and honest. You could tell they were not trying to make the position better than it was and wanted they really focused on getting to know me and identifying if I would be in the area for a while. It did take around 2 months for me to get a callback for the first interview.

Interview
I applied online and got a call back in about a week and a half.
When I came in, I met with the store manager for about 20 minutes, and scheduled a time to come in and interview with the assistant manager. I came in for the second interview and they offered me a job. They had to run a background check because I would be working in the Lodge Department and then after all that went through, I came in for orientation and training.
