I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods in Sept 2021
Interview
It was fast and easy, be sure to ask ur own questions after they ask the normal interview questions. It wasn’t unbearable or intimidating, the managers were pretty nice and genuine.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods in Feb 2016
Interview
I was contacted a month after I applied. An in-person interview was scheduled a week after the phone interview. I was forced to wait 20 minutes after the interview time for it to start. I was constantly interrupted by other store employees needing the interviewer's attention. We mostly spoke about a mutual previous employer. We seemed to bond over that. I was told to call back the following Monday. I did and no one would talk to me. I got a Linkedin invite on Tuesday from a manager and I e-mailed him on Wednesday. He did not reply. I had another interview that Friday, so I swung around afterwards. The place was empty, however no one would talk to me. A few hours later, I got an e-mail informing me that they passed.
