A lot of basic questions about golf and communication skills are important. Asked about my customer service experience and golf skills. It was not intimidating and pretty easy. It was a free flowing conversation.

Short and Easy. Asked about availability, golf experience such as handicap, clubs, and how much I play. It was a part-time job so I didn't stress too much. It's true that I love and play golf so answers were coming from the heart and interview was more enjoyable than other places.

Overall, the few questions took less than 15 minutes for both parts of the interview. One with another employee, then the next with at least an assistant manager, and the department leader on site.

Asks about basic golf knowledge and retail experience. Walks you around the store to meet staff and see how you interact on the floor. As long as you’re somewhat sociable and able to speak with new people you’ll be fine.
