The first step was an email with some questions based on my experience, then there were three interviews. This could’ve easily been one Zoom interview but they don’t care about your time (everyone is remote, not difficult to schedule a meeting with three people). One person may have glanced at my resume, I was told there was high turnover in operations management. I was supposed to have a fourth interview almost a month ago, but I have to assume I’ve been “ghosted” at this point because no one has responded to my request for an update. I hope I’m not actually still being considered because I couldn’t deal with this level of disorganization and how unprofessional leadership is five days a week.
