I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DISH (Littleton, CO) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview and hiring process is atrocious. It seems the company is more focused on gaining business intelligence from prospects. They seemed unprepared, rushed ("gotta get to my next meeting), the job scope and scale changed depending on who you spoke to and the recruiter was horrible at following up. Despite the horrible feedback I received about the company, I opted to interview to see if my experience was different. Truth is, all the feedback was spot on and more. I wouldn't work at DISH for a million dollars. If the recruiting, interview and hiring process is a testament to the company culture, prospects beware.

I applied online. I interviewed at DISH (Totowa, NJ)
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter which took around 30 minutes. I was told I would hear back on next steps and never received a call or email. Found this to be quite unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (New York, NY) in Aug 2024
Interview
To date, the interview process has been ideal. You meet with the recruiter first. If she feels you meet the criteria to move forward, you meet with the hiring manager and if you are able to proceed, you take an assessment test and then if passed, the final round you meet with the Regional Manager for the position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DISH in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview process is very clear and concise. Expectations are set from the very beginning at any given time. I am aware of where I stand in the process and what is coming next. In terms of explanation, I feel that the role gets clearer and clearer. Every time I sit down with a new member of management. Overall, the explanation of the company and the understanding of the role creates a deep desire to want to achieve, overcome, and strive in this company.
