Interview
I had a terrible experience recently with telephone interview at DISH Network in Denver, CO. The guy cancelled the first interview ten minutes after it was supposed to have begun, and rescheduled it for another day. On the second time around, he asked a few questions and was totally uninterested in my responses. I could tell he was multi-tasking and paying no attention to my comments. This kind of treatment to potential future employees may explain why DISH has such a low company rating on this website. It is obvious they do not care at all about treating people with respect! It was rude, inconsiderate, and even if I got a job offer from them, I wouldn't accept it following that type of behavior. They should be absolutely ashamed!

Question 1
Did I ever find myself in a position where I wasn’t comfortable and overcame
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DISH in June 2025
Interview
The interview was done online and lasted about 30 minutes. The recruiter was gracious, professional, and very easy to talk to. She had a lot of information to discuss, which is good as she was thorough in making sure I, as a candidate, knew what I was getting into. So, communication and honesty were emphasized, which helped me in making my decision. Most of the interview was reviewing DISH culture and policies and ensuring I understood them. She then asked approximately 3 situational questions and a few relatively personal questions to get to know more about my personality. They weren't difficult questions, but should be answered in STAR format. I believe one of them was about learning a new skill and applying it in the context of customer service. This interview was one of the better ones that I have experienced in my life, so I don't really have anything negative or critical to say.
