Interview
A handful of interviews. First a phone interview with recruiter, then an online test to evaluate your general problem solving skills. If you pass that you go on to phone interviews with team and if they like you they bring you in person for interview. At that point you also take a couple of evaluations in person.

Describe situations where you have failed and why.
The whole hiring process took more than a month. I had 4 interview rounds and an assessment. Assessment focuses on maths and problem solving skills. Then there's an interview with the Hiring Manager, one more interview by other team members, a panel interview with 3 4 members and finally there's a Bar raiser interview by a leader from other team.

I was interviewed by two Product Managers. The interview had a positive vibe and included many reasonable questions. The interviewers were respectful and friendly. I don’t know the results yet, but I finished in a good mood.
