Started with a phone conversation with the recruiter. After I had to take the wonderlick and G+ exams before a meeting with the hiring manager and role supervisor. They asked pretty standard big corporate questions and was pretty conversational. After this second round I had to take the Watson Glaser exam followed by an in person meeting with a manager. The next step is an interview with a VP. Overall a very involved and long interview process. They touch a lot on company culture through every step.
