They have asked behavorial questions related to the background,resume projects,some common terms such tell me about yourself,skills,software,hardware,weakness and strength,future goals,tools and the assessment was given after the first round which was kind of tricky to answer within the time frame.

I met with a representative of Dish Network at a career fair, handed my resume and got an Interview for the next day. The interview was very conversational, not at all technical, and it didn't last long at all. They told me that if they liked me, I would receive an email from them that week giving me instructions about how to do the online assignments required. The first was an IQ test that lasted around 2 and a half hours. You get 3 minutes to answer each questions, which can get frustrating for some of the questions. The second assignment consisted of explaining what needed to be taken into consideration for the location of a new IT Service Center (that was all the detail given). About two weeks later, I received an email that said that I would get a call from one of the VP's who had a project in mind that fit my skills, to see if they liked me. That same week, I received a call, and again it was very conversational, just asked past experience and gave a general explanation of what the project would consist of. Two days later, I received a formal offer letter. Overall, I would say it was very laid-back and pleasant.
