I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DISH (Denver, CO) in May 2012
Interview
multiple skype/phone interviews, in house interviews, assessment exams, drug screen and background tests. pretty standard. use of 3rd party recruitment happens often when there is not enough qualified candidates. heavy mid-west collegiate focus - bring 'em young, use, move 'em on out.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (Denver, CO) in Aug 2022
Interview
Very Uncomfortable atmosphere. I went to a panel interview, and the table was 3ft x 3ft. We were all too close for comfort. Also expected me to talk for over an hour and didn't even offer me water while they drank from their bottles.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DISH (Denver, CO)
Interview
This is one of the most bizarre phone interviews I have ever had. The hiring manager was totally not focused, and was the polar opposite of the recruiter that called me to ask me to interview for this position. The recruiter was very professional and convincing.

Question 1
In the middle of the intro/small talk, the hiring manager abrubtly read a scripted situational question. Bascially the conversation went something like: so, the weather is interesting today, where do you live? and the response was "tell me about a time when you xyz...l." After this, all I wanted to do was hang up on this interview! It was the most bizarre phone interview ever.
