Didn't get past the phone screen although my qualifications are beyond what was required. I didn't get to ask any questions as the recruiter rattled off the job and then the next steps and it was over under 20 minutes. Definitely due to my age. When he saw all of my years of experience, I believe that is why I didn't move on. Age discrimination at it's finest. After seeing the MAJOR HR issues at this company that employees have complained about, this is a blessing in disguise.
