DISH Operations Technician interview questions

I had a great phone interview with a representative from the actual company. I went forward with some minor aptitude testing. I was then told that the hiring manager was outsourcing the position but the HR person would forward my information to the vendor. I then received a call from this "vendor" and for the privilege of going through them, the salary quoted was 40% less than what I was initially told by the Dish representative. I am not a Dish customer but this experience assures I will never become one.
