DISH RF Manager interview questions

I had received an email that HR is interested in my profile. They sent me a calendar to select the date for an interview. I prepared for the interview and invested a lot of time. At the time of the interview, I was ghosted and was never given a reason. Instead, the person decided to update my application on the job portal at the same time as the interview stating NOT SELECTED that too without an interview or a reason.
