I spoke to a recruiter on the phone who then arranged an interview for me. I attended the interview and decided never to go back, despite being invited for a second interview (for a franchise that I would have loved to have worked for - Honda) because i had never met anyone with such an air of total arrogance and ignorance to women in the trade. If you are a female wanting to progress your career in the car sales business and demand to be taken seriously - this is NOT the business to work for as you will be just a novelty to them purely because of your sex. They dont want to ask about your numbers.
