I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DJO (Vista, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
45 minute call with a Senior Hiring Manager, followed up by a phone call with a would be supervisor in their Vista Office.
After both calls, I received ZERO follow up instructions or communication of any kind. I have never experienced such a poorly run hiring process. I had some initial hesitation with DJO knowing the horrible reviews I have read online about their daily business practices and it was very disappointing to finally understand why they are a sub-par firm. I completely understand if I am not a fit for your firm, but to not email, call or send a letter announcing I did not make the next step in your hiring process is unprofessional and flat-out rude. I should be thanking you DJO Global, you saved me from coming on board to an obvious dumpster fire.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DJO in Feb 2019
Interview
Terrible process, inexperienced interviewers and haven’t got the decency to follow up with candidates following their interview. Interviewer clearly had not read my CV and had a chip on his shoulder about something! Couldn’t wait to get out of there, I’ve had a lucky escape from this company. Another ex colleague of mine also had a similar experience!

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DJO (New York, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
The recruiter spoke to me about my experience in addition to what is needed for success in the role. I would say it's more of a fact finder than an actual interview as she questioned me regarding my experience. The only negative I can provide is the lack of follow up. But hey what can you do. /🤷♂️
