The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DLA Piper (Leeds, England) in July 2021
Interview
Online application with CV and Cover Letter.
Next stage if shortlisted is online tests (they say psychometric but I wouldn't classify them as such as there was no mathematic element involved) - these consisted of timed proof-reading exercises (spotting grammatical errors, cross-referencing mistakes in a contract etc) and a Watson Glaser type test with verbal reasoning.
Then get shortlisted for an interview - this was held virtually (was in 2021) and was mainly competency based questions, some strength based questions, and a lot about your own experiences which you wrote about in your CV / Cover Letter - they just want you to expand on these and give examples. Quite informal at times, was very friendly and felt like a chat!

Question 1
Tell us about a time in which you've come up with an innovative solution to a problem.
Recruitment process not good - they rejected me without feedback and sent a generic email to say it was a task I did - but I didn't have to do any tasks for the role so not sure what's going on?

Interview
In the beginning asked me to introduce myself. Then usual questions about resume, experiences, and understanding about the role, the firm. Finished by asking if I had any questions for them.

Interview
Absolutely horrendous, went through a three week interview process with various tests, when it came to the final interview they decided to completely ignore me without providing any feedback nor even a rejection email, just outright ghosting. I honestly do not understand how a firm this large can engage in such unprofessional behavior.
