Owner and I were back and forth on messaging and texting, and phone calls finally got to meet, he was on time and dressed casual and I was immediately hired

The interview process was great. They asked me questions regarding my skills, education & work experience. They also asked a range of behavioral questions as well. The interview was conducted by the managing partner and the senior associate.
