DMI Technical Proposal Writer interview questions

Called in for interview, first with chief solutions architect, and then with CIO. The first one went for 45-50 minutes, wide-ranging, but friendly. Touched on issues that should not have been part of a job interview (age, health), but I had put this info on the web so I answered. CIO was brief and to the point. I was offered the position that afternoon.
