The interview felt rushed, with two complex tasks to complete in a short amount of time. There was a heavy use of terminology, yet little consideration for the time needed to process and complete the tasks.
During the second interview, I got the impression that they were looking for someone who would report to the accounting team rather than focus on the core responsibilities of the role. There were no clear processes in place, and the overall structure seemed lacking. One of the individuals involved in the process spoke so softly that it was nearly impossible to understand them without superhuman listening skills. Additionally, the questions were abstract and often unrelated to the actual position.
