Interview
The interview was conducted by Sarah Lee, the Head of Product Development, and Tom Rivera, a Senior Product Manager. They started with a brief overview of the company’s mission and recent projects, which set a great context for the conversation.
The only downside was that the interview ran longer than expected—about 90 minutes instead of the scheduled hour. While I didn’t mind, it did make me feel a bit rushed towards the end when I had the chance to ask questions.
Overall, I left the interview feeling encouraged and excited about the possibility of joining the team. I’m looking forward to hearing back about the next steps!

Sarah asked insightful questions about my experience in agile methodologies and how I prioritize product features. I appreciated the way she challenged my responses, pushing me to think critically about past projects. Tom shared his perspective on team dynamics, which helped me understand the company culture better.

Good interview process very friendly, professional, informative and respectful. The interview process is simple and quick. The interviewer is very respectful and good. As an administrative assistant you have to be equipped with the answers and every bit of it so as long as your simple and precise. Don’t complain, question or urgue
