I applied online. I interviewed at DP+ (Farmington Hills, MI)
Interview
I got an email after 9pm on a Monday to schedule a screening call the next morning. Short notice but I was free. Was told I’m a great prospect and would hear back with a time to meet with the hiring manager and to reach out if I don’t hear back a few ours later.
I was completely ghosted.
Thanks for showing me that I’d be miserable working there. Dodged a bullet
I applied online. I interviewed at DP+ in Dec 2020
Interview
Over a month after applying, I received an email requesting a 15 minute phone interview with the recruiter. She never responded to my follow-up email stating my free time. It wasn't until I emailed the following week that we were able to schedule a call for the next day. The call went well, and she informed me I would have an hour zoom interview as my next steps. We compared schedules and put it on the calendar. I was told to look out for an email with the Zoom invitation. However, I never received this email, despite multiple follow-up attempts. The day of he supposed interview has long passed, and I have not heard from DP+ again.
As with other reviews, I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for the candidate's time. This company might be listed as one of Detroit's "cool places to work," however the image they give off to potential employees is quite negative.

Tell me a little about your experience as it relates to the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DP+ (New York, NY) in July 2019
Interview
Had a phone interview with the recruiter that was positive then two in-person interviews with leaders within the organization. People seemed friendly and approachable.
Like others here, I was ghosted by the recruiter after sending multiple emails asking for a response. The lack of professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth for what was otherwise a positive experience.
