Interview process was very fair but lengthy. There was several phases of the process including interviews, cognitive ability test and in person interviews. Lengthy but very communicative. From other companies, DP Nicoli's process was much better.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DP Nicoli (Lake Oswego, OR) in July 2018
Interview
their "recruiter" reached out to me on another job website stating that my resume was a good match for what they were looking for. Scheduled a phone interview for the next day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me simple questions such as: What is your desired pay? Do you have reliable transportation? On a scale of 1-10 what is your competence with certain Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)? We are a drug & Alcohol free company, do you have any issues with that? And a few others.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DP Nicoli
Interview
They did a phone interview, had me meet with my manager to be, and VP of sales. They do a simple knowledge test, personality test and if you pass those they let you meet the owner if he is involved at this point.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They had no structured questions. They did have me go into the owners office and about 5 different employees/owner came in to ask questions. If your good in these situations/sales you will be just fine. Just be aware this is the most difficult selling you will be asked to do for this company and if you can sell them here go ahead and ask for more money because they have a really hard time finding the "Right Fit" or someone that meets the personality requirements.
