I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DPR Construction (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a very laid back interview in which interviewers want to know what the interviewee wants to achieve in life. The interviewers were more focused on the conversations that interviewee made rather than them asking questions.
I applied through university. I interviewed at DPR Construction
Interview
4 hours long interview, 4 one-on-one interviews (15 min each), group activities with other candidates, final video confession to record following up a question and a final pizza get togther.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DPR Construction (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Very non traditional, had to do team building exercises with people I’m directly interviewing against. Based off this I ruled out dpr as an employee I would work for. Did 5 min speed interviews with 5 groups of 3.
Relaxed and enjoyable, 5 different interviews all were not too bad. Interviewing for personality, they do not ask you any test questions. They just want to see your enthusiasm for building things.
