Picked a time slot to go into their office. Took a few assessments on computer software and a couple personality tests. Told I did well and to come back for an interview. The interview was short, then they had me take an IQ test that took almost 2 hours. Got instant results and was told I did great and that I would be called for another interview. I received a phone call saying that instead of an interview, they wanted me to do a "writing challenge" about aliens. Very odd. So I did it and emailed it back to them. Another week went by, no call. When I called to check in they said they still wanted to interview me again and that someone would be in touch. No one ever called. Super weird and extensive hiring process.
