I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DRJ Unlimited (Evansville, IN) in Aug 2019
Interview
Met with Dan Jaskowiak (owner) for about 10 minutes at their new office, then went to a nearby Starbucks with Ian. The office was hard to find and shared with a bunch of other businesses. The first interview with Dan was him just asking about me. Then at Starbucks I learned what the position really was. It was to sell Spectrum in Walmart and Best Buy, which is not what the job description said. Total waste of time. I haven't heard back about an offer yet, but if I do get one I am declining.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DRJ Unlimited (Dublin, OH)
Interview
I was taken to a restaurant to go over my resume again and to go further into detail about the position. The interviewer proceeded to talk about his/her personal life and his/her life story. Next, we went over the position which you learn is nothing in relation to marketing, it's all sales. You are promised a large salary, around $100,000 once you reach manager level. However, they do not tell you directly what you will be doing at the entry level. After asking questions that they quickly passed over, I learned that it is almost all commission work and if you don't make commission, you will be paid $3.50 an hour as a "safety net." The position involves standing in Walmart and trying to sell Spectrum. If you interview here, ask the questions they do not answer right away.

Question 1
Tell me something about yourself that is not on your resume.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DRJ Unlimited (Dublin, OH) in June 2018
Interview
Was told over the phone that I am interviewing for a manager position leading a sales team and that the approximate pay was 55-60,000, salary. It's a total bait and switch to an entry level sales position where you'd go around in retail stores advertising for spectrum face to face. I actually left the interview early. They were nothing but deceptive and would deflect all of my questions about job responsibilities, pay, who I'm working with, anything.

They asked me to tell them something about me that is not on my resume right after asking me about my hobbies.
