Interview
1) Interview is hold by HR manager together with the head of department you're applying to.
2) Your personal competencies are checked by HR manager, then your professional knowledge is checked by head of department.
3) Your English is checked by HR manager.
4) Some practical case may be offered (for example, transportation case: you recieve name of cargo, point of dispatch and point of destination and you should propose a proper rolling stock, route and other details, basing on your experience and knowledge)

As usual, interview is held in a calm atmosphere, with no pressure, HR may offer you tea or coffee.
