All behavioral and situational questions. First rounds group interview with several applicants and a floor manager (go around table and everyone answers the same question, therefore important to have several answers in mind). Second rounds one on one interview with manager. Very laid back and casual, all behavioral questions.

They were very nice and straight forward in the interview. They sat me down in a room and proceeded to go through my relevant experience in customer relations jobs and asked me why I wanted to work for them as well as why do I think that I would be good for the position.

Interview
It went very smoothly, the manager was really nice and had a sense of humor which brightened the mood. It was mainly behavioral questions throughout the entire interview. As long as you remain confident and answer the questions straight to the point it will be a smooth process.
