Interview
Very quick, well detailed and friendly . Well put together questions, and good explaining of what would happen and what to expect to be doing while working. Good tour of the building and breakdown on what goes on at the store.
It was a group interview. It was very stereotypical. I do not recommend to stay quiet, participate to stand out from the rest. They ask what you love about shoes and what's a bad experience you've had before.
It was a group interview, It was very easy going, nice environment. Manager included everyone so you didn't get left behind in talking. They asked questions about shoes you like, what you look for in a position, etc.

What is something you didn't like about your past job
It was pretty quick. Questions were the typical “tell me about yourself”, “have you ever… how did you handle the situation” questions or “name a time” scenarios. Probably took 20 mins. Got a call the same day with a offer.
