There was 4 Rounds of interviews - 2 with team members, a case study, and meeting with the Managing Director. Overall it was a smooth and quick process, it was completed within 3 weeks. I will note that the MD claiming “people don’t leave this team- but people do get fired” is not the flex he thinks it is. Meanwhile the company was hiring 3/4 people for the exact same role lol. Not offered as I was visually turned off by that comment and wanted the interview to end soon after.
