I had applied on LinkedIn and was contacted by their recruiter.
First call was with said recruiter and was your standard HR call. They were able to provide general information about DTN, but had very little information about the position itself. I expect very little from HR calls, so in the end it was a positive experience.
Second interview was a call with a manager for the team I would be working with. He was able to provide a high level overview of the project, explain why they were hiring, and the skills they were looking for to reach their goal. I don't remember him asking any technical questions aside from having me talk about my previous roles/projects and if I would do anything differently. Overall I think it was a good interview as he was easy to talk to and it felt like a conversation rather than an interrogation.
The final interview was with the Team Lead. A lot of the questions were "Do you have experience in X? When would you use X over Y?" There were also some behavioral and development process questions, e.g. "Describe your preferred testing process. What are you looking for in a code review?" There were no trivia type technical questions. Overall it was a good technical discussion and a good introduction to the team.
