I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DTiQ
Interview
Applied online and a few days later got a phone call to set up a phone interview. Phone interview involved answering a few tech questions (Mostly Networking, hardware, and troubleshooting) from someone in upper management, if they are happy with your answers they'll call you in for an in-person interview, ask more/some of the same questions, tech, personal, etc. If they feel you're a good fit they'll call and give an offer from $13-16.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DTiQ (Colombo, Western) in July 2024
Interview
I applied through a BPO. The interview process was okay. I had the Interview directly with the Manager. I had one interview but some of the employees mentioned that they had two interviews. They mainly focus on the Communication skills and Customer hanling. Once the interview is done, they will reach to you within one week with a response.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DTiQ (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2015
Interview
2 phone call interviews and 1 group interview on site. While the 2 phone interviews where mostly about basic networking knowledge and expectations of the company, the group interview was more in depth in regards to networking knowledge and expectations of the company. This was a three part interview as many other interviews I have experience so far are only one or two parts.
