Process took 2-3 weeks. I was contacted by the Senior Manager, did an initial screening video call and then did a group interview with the team. I really liked the senior manager but I did not have a good experience during the second 2 hour long interview. For the first hour, I met with two teams. The first team was less than enthusiastic and asked very generic questions. They did not make me excited to work at the company. After 30 minutes, they hopped off and the second team hopped on. They were nicer, but the process seemed counterproductive as they asked the exact same interview questions the first team asked me - no variety whatsoever. I was just repeating the same information, trying to word it differently. They did not seem to discuss with each other beforehand what they would be asking.
To make matters worse, after a long one hour phone interview, we are required to do a one hour assessment while on video call with the Management Analyst. The assessment was basic enough - it was an excel sheet and a document that needed review. This was simple and should have only taken me less than 30 minutes. However, the Management Analyst did not describe the instructions correctly to me. Due to this misguidance and miscommunication, I ended up doing more work than was necessary, and stressed myself out for an hour. I was not offered employment in the end and the Management Analyst neglected to respond to my request for feedback. I feel that if we are asked to do a two hour long interview that really could be condensed into an hour, the least management can do is be responsive. Very negative experience overall.
