      I interviewed at DW

      Interview

I went through 2 interviews for a freelance position, one with the person who pointed me, the other with my team managers. Both of them very straightforward and honest. It was relatively easy (more because I already had the necessary skills, but I liked the fact that I was talking to people who knew what I was supposed to do and could easily check in a converation if I was a fit or not. I didn't talk to someone who wasn't aware of what the job is, which happens in many interviews - mostly with HR).

      Question 1

Mainly about my experience leading projects in my field, as well as education background and personal values.
