I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DWF (Liverpool, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview was awkward and long, the interviewers did not seem well informed on the role and quite clearly didn't know how to interview someone. No distinct questions were asked, not even inline with past experience, company culture, or what I could bring to the role. The interviewers had nothing about them, no conversation or anything to make the interview bearable or the role desirable. I was invited to the interview by Bella Mori, who described it over the phone as a 'fairly straight forward' interview- although I found the interview physically unbearable, it did not go badly; therefore I felt as though an hour out of life was completely wasted when I didn't hear anything back ever. I think this is a appalling and unprofessional way to operate when individuals are taking annual leave to attend interviews and the recruiter can not even take 10 minutes out of there day to send a response whether it be a positive on or a negative one. I think this is utterly appalling on Bella's behalf and it is clearly a part of her job to let people know about the outcome of an interview they have put their energy into. I am considering taking this further as it is unacceptable.

Question 1
There were quite literally no questions asked, it felt as though we passed pleasantries for 60 minutes. Dreadful.
