DXP Enterprises Management Trainee interview questions

Applied through LinkedIn, was given a call from their recruiter. Had to complete a management assessment. Afterwards was given an interview with the Assistant General Manager. Interview lasted about a half hour and went smoothly, was told there's no doubt that I'd get a follow-up interview with the general manager. However, I never received a call back. I called the recruiter twice who was told herself that I was still in the running for the job but was never given a call. Terrible communication from DXP.
