Contact is opgenomen via linkedin. Nadien volgde een cv Screening. Hierop volgde een Telefonisch contact dat uitmondde in een gesprek met hoofd idpbw en hoofd personeelsdienst. De werkplek bezoeken voor een eerste indruk was mogelijk. Mogelijk zou dit uitmonden in een finaal gesprek, maar kandidatuur is ingetrokken.

None. They were in a hurry to hire as fast as they could. The new call center had to be up and running in a very short amount of time and they were not picky on who they hired. About half of the people hired, should not have been.

An all day processes. Six interviews in series. Mostly managers who know very little. Also since I was contracted my Dymo directly to interview I was expecting them to give feedback either pos or neg. But that fact they don't do either means they are not professional.
